Please read the following terms and conditions before booking a boat trip.
Cancellations
Please note that outdoor events and boat trips are weather dependent. If you have booked, we aim to let you know by email or phone in good time if a trip is cancelled due to bad weather or if there have been insufficient bookings to cover costs. You will receive a full refund. Please check your emails before leaving home. If still unsure please check the website or call the office on 01243 512301 during office hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm).
Customer exchanges
Please contact the office on 01243 512301 if circumstances mean you need to exchange your booking for another date.
Safety onboard
A full safety briefing is conducted before commencement of each voyage. Lifejackets are available – please ask a crew member if you require a life jacket.
Access
The boat is fitted with a passenger lift and is wheelchair-accessible. If you require the use of the lift please select the appropriate ticket when booking or contact the harbour office on 01243 512301 or by emailing activities@conservancy.co.uk (monitored during office hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays).
Facilities
There is a small toilet on board (this is unfortunately not wheelchair-accessible).
Refreshments
You are welcome to bring your own refreshments we just ask for no glass drinking glasses please in case of breakages.
Dogs onboard
Dogs are permitted on selected ‘dog friendly’ trips. No dogs other than assistance dogs are permitted unless trip is specified as ‘Dog Friendly.
