The Get Afloat! Fund helps children and adults to experience the joy of a boat trip on Solar Heritage by providing free trips for schools and eligible groups/charities.
Working closely with the Education Centre at Chichester Harbour Conservancy we offer trips on the water on Solar Heritage, our solar powered catamaran. Tailored programs can be created to fit with a particular curriculum area or topic, giving children and adults the opportunity to explore the natural world and this unique coastal environment. With a wealth of wildlife to see, and the opportunity to hear about marine conservation and nature recovery, our educational boat trips provide a very special experience.
